New Zealand Dairy Giant Fonterra to Pay Danone for Recall

CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand — An arbitration tribunal has ordered New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra to pay Danone of France $125 million for recall costs stemming from a 2013 food scare.
